Killalea State Park

Illawarra Environmental Education Centre (IEEC) is based in Killalea State Park under a licence agreement between the Killalea State Park Trust and the NSW Department of Education. Killalea is a significant location for the Wodi Wodi people and is ideally suited to Aboriginal education for students. Natural assets accessible to students visiting Killalea include 265 hectares of coastal dunes, rocky shores, lagoon, estuary, rainforest and woodland. IEEC facilitates students’ access to grassland, picnic areas, heritage sites, kiosk, toilets, camp ground and bunkhouse.
